2. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—we will notify you once your order is processed and ready for delivery.

3. Payment Terms

  • We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other payment options (credit/debit cards, digital wallets, etc.) are accepted.
  • Full payment in cash must be made to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order. Failure to pay at the time of delivery will result in the order being returned, and no further delivery attempts will be made without prior arrangement.
  • No deposits or partial payments are required to place an order. The total amount due is as indicated in your order confirmation (product price + applicable taxes; no additional COD fees).

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to specified service areas. You will be notified during checkout if your delivery address is outside our coverage zone.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, order volume, and other factors. We will provide a approximate delivery window in your order confirmation.
  • You (or an authorized representative aged 18+) must be present at the delivery address to accept the order and make payment. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may attempt redelivery once or cancel the order at our discretion.

5. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing on our website. However, we do not warrant that product details, pricing, or availability are error-free.
  • In the event of a pricing error or product misinformation, we reserve the right to correct the error and notify you. You may choose to proceed with the corrected order or cancel without penalty.
  • Product colors, dimensions, and features may vary slightly from website images due to manufacturing tolerances and screen display differences.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. To qualify for a refund:
    • Notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
    • Return the product in its original packaging with all included accessories.
    • Provide proof of delivery and order confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect and verify the issue. Refunds are issued in cash (via our delivery team or designated location) or as store credit, at our discretion.
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind, accidental damage, improper use, or products that have been modified or used beyond normal testing.

  • We collect and use your personal information (name, address, contact details) solely to process and deliver your order, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store payment information (since payments are made in cash at delivery) and will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • We use reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. You may request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting our customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any damages arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience).
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
